Our orthotics come with a 1 year comprehensive repair warranty and a 2 year shell warranty. An extended warranty can be purchased for an additional fee. Our goal is to assure that your orthotics are as comfortable and supportive as possible. The truly custom orthotics that we provide can take several weeks to adjust to, however, if at any time during the first 90 days you are not satisfied with your new custom orthotics, contact us for answers and solutions. If we cannot offer you a solution, we will accept the orthotics back for a 50% of total fee refund (a 50% service fee is non-refundable). We will make every effort to get the orthotics right by adjusting or replacing them free of charge, if necessary, within the first 6 months.
Our custom orthotics are highly specialized insoles shaped precisely to your feet in their best alignment, and are worn under the feet inside the shoes. They work to improve foot function by optimizing foot alignment and reducing the stress forces that can ultimately cause painful symptoms and deformity.
Our orthotics are custom made to order, based on a detailed biomechanical evaluation and your unique foot impressions taken by our highly experienced staff. The orthotics are produced by our state-of-the-art orthotics lab, precisely calibrated to your body weight, foot structure, and biomechanics. Our orthotics are lightweight, slim, and very durable.

At most stores, you select a pair of pre-made insoles based only on your shoe size, or the sales clerk gives you pre-fabricated devices based on a few measurements of your feet. Either way, the supports you get are shaped like generic, mannequin feet - not your own.
Anyone can benefit from the support and protection our orthotics provide to keep feet healthy and prevent injuries. Our orthotics are especially helpful for anyone who experiences pain or discomfort in their feet from athletic activity, walking, standing, or any other activity that involves being on their feet.
Most insurance policies do not include coverage, however, you may speak with your insurance representative to see if yours does. The CPT code for custom orthotics is L3000, and they will also most likely require a qualifying foot or leg condition or injury.
Our orthotics are extremely durable and typically continue to provide excellent support for many years.
Just one pair is all that most people require, as they can be transferred from one pair of footwear to another. Only in instances where you need to wear especially tight fitting shoes, such as dress shoes, would you need an additional pair of "dress" orthotics.
As long as your existing footwear fits you correctly, Superior Foot Supports orthotics should work well.
Once your foot impressions have been taken, your orthotics should be ready in about 7 to 10 days.
Unlike most other companies products, our orthotics are not pre-made and pulled off of a shelf. They are custom made based on your unique foot impressions that we take at your initial appointment, and then require expert fabrication by our orthotics manufacturing lab based on your unique detailed specifications. Your custom orthotics will be ready in just 7 to 10 days, a much shorter time than most other custom orthotic labs take.
